Internship model update
Spring internships are running in cohorts. Starting in the autumn, we’ll shift to a flexible, on-demand model open to all University of Applied Sciences students, removing bottlenecks and increasing participation.
Growth Hacking Internship Relaunch
Our popular paid internship for non-students is back. Originally launched in 2020–2021, it returns due to renewed demand and proven job placement results.
Job Application Assistant upgrade
Now detects mismatches between job descriptions and candidate responses, helping users submit stronger, more relevant applications.

Live with the current intern cohort. Built to streamline how we evaluate and support participants during internships.
AI-powered learning content
We’ve launched assignment templates across key domains - motivation, work-life skills, tech, finance, marketing, and sales - drafted using AI to speed up learning.
Työmarkkinadata expansion
Added 100 new company scrapers to broaden our job market coverage for Tyomarkkinadata.fi.
Employment platform architecture
