In 2024–2025, Herizon has connected 242 students with 160 companies across business, ICT, and engineering. Now we're launching the next phase; expanding Herizon Talent Matcher (HTM) to paid roles through a structured preparation and matching process for graduates.
❓ For whom:
- Graduates of Finnish Universities who completed their degree within the past 18 months
- Students graduating within the next 3 months
❓How it works:
- Apply to access the Worklife Introduction training
- Pass competence verification
- Enter the HTM pool
- In April, matching with companies opens for paid roles
